The Finnish/Swedish poet, sound and performance artist, Cia Rinne and the sound artist, Sebastian Eskildsen will present the first performance of extracts from Cia Rinne’s multilingual poetry collection, L’usage du mot (The Use of the Word), which takes a sceptical look at the power that lies in the ability of language to structure our world view.

The sound work will be performed several times and in several locations in Glyptoteket in the course of the evening. The performance will conclude with a discussion between Cia Rinne, Sebastian Eskildsen and Kirke Meng, director of the publishing house, Forlaget Gestus.
